Professional Career: N/A

Quinton Crawford – Assistant Coach

HS/College Career: Played two seasons at Middlesex County before transferring to Arizona.

Professional Career: N/A

Miles Simon – Assistant Coach

Age: 45

Position: Guard

Height: 6’3

HS/College Career: Played four seasons at Arizona. During his college career, Simon was a 1st Team All-American, NCAA Final 4 Most Outstanding Player, and NCAA Champion.

Professional Career: Drafted in the 2nd round by the Orlando Magic. However, Simon spent most of his professional career overseas and in the CBA where he was CBA MVP and a CBA champion.

Kidd was a 10x All-Star, 5x All-NBA 1st Team, 1x All-NBA 2nd Team, 4x NBA All-Defensive 1st Team, 5x NBA All-Defensive 2nd Team, 5x NBA assists leader, Co-Rookie of the Year, and a NBA Champion. Jon Pastorek – Player Development Coach

Age: 33

Position: Forward

Height: 6’10

HS/College Career: Played two seasons at San Diego State before transferring to UCSB for two seasons.

Professional Career: N/A

Team Summary: Kidd is the most talented player on this team, but he’s also 47 years old and also had hip surgery five years ago. They have a relatively young backcourt with D1 experience, although neither Anthrop or Crawford played much.

12. Denver Nuggets

Jordi Fernández – Assistant Coach

Age: 38

Position: Guard

Height: 6’0

HS/College Career: Played at the University of Barcelona.

Professional Career: N/A

Stephen Graham – Player Development Coach

Age: 38

Position: Forward

Height: 6’6

HS/College Career: Was an All-American in high school. Played collegiately at Central Florida before transferring to Oklahoma State.

Positon: Center

Boniface N’Dong – Player Development Coach

Age: 43

Position: Center

Height: 7’0

HS/College Career: N/A

Professional Career: Played almost 15 years for various international basketball teams. Won a EuroLeague, Spanish League, and Turkish League championship. Spent one season in the NBA with the Los Angeles Clippers.

Team Summary: Although this team has NBA experience, they lack a guy who could really take over a game. My favorite part about this team is that Wes Unseld Jr. played center, but he was 6’3.

13. Toronto Raptors

Jama Mahlalela – Assistant Coach

Age: 41

Position: Guard

Height: 6’3

HS/College Career: Played five years at the University of British Columbia. He served as team captain and they won the Canada West title.

Jamaal Magloire – Player Development Coach

Age: 42

Position: Center

Height: 6’11

HS/College Career: Played four seasons at Kentucky and was on the SEC All-Freshman team, 1st team All-SEC, and won a NCAA championship.

Professional Career: Drafted 19th overall by the Charlotte Hornets. He played in the NBA for over a decade and was an NBA All-Star.

Team Summary: This team is hurt by the lack of youth, but they have some good NBA experience, G-League experience, and international experience. Flournoy is definitely the most interesting player on the team as someone who played professionally for over two decades while also acting as head coach.

14. Philadelphia 76ers

Spencer Rivers – Skills Development Coach

Age: 25

Position: Guard

Height: 6’2

Jason Love – Skills Development Coach

Age: 33

Position: Forward

Height: 6’9

HS/College Career: Played four seasons at Xavier and was named to the All-A10 3rd team.

Professional Career: Played overseas for just under a decade.

Dwayne Jones – Skills Development Coach

Age: 37

Position: Center

Height: 6’11

HS/College Career: Played three seasons at St. Joe’s. During his time, Jones was awarded the A10 Defensive Player of the Year award and named to the All-Conference 2nd team.

Professional Career: Had a professional career that spanned about twelve years. Jones was in and out of the NBA, but spent most of his career playing in the CBA (where he was the rebounding leader once), the D-League, and overseas.

Team Summary: Cassell and Jones give them two solid NBA players, but both in their 50s. However, Jones and Love are both in their 30s and had successful non-NBA careers. Meanwhile, there’s some possible nepotism in play with Spencer Rivers, son of Coach Doc Rivers, making the team.

15. Detroit Pistons

Sean Sweeney – Assistant Coach

Height: X

HS/College Career: Played one season at Wisconsin-Green Bay. Then, transferred to the University of St. Thomas where he was a three year starter and was named to the All-Conference team once.

Professional Career: N/A

Jordan Brink – Player Development Coach

Age: 28

Position: Guard

Height: 6’3

HS/College Career: Played four years at Calvin College.

Professional Career: N/A

Travon Bryant – Player Development Coach

Age: 37

Position: Forward

Height: 6’9

HS/College Career: McDonald’s All-American. Played four years at Missouri.

Professional Career: Spent over a decade playing overseas. Won German, Italian, and Ukrainian championships.

Team Summary: Although this team has no NBA experience, Dubois and Zampier give them two players in their early 30s that were solid scorers at the D1 level. In fact, Dubois averaged double-digit points every season of his collegiate career. Bryant gives them a skilled and experienced big man that not every team may be able to match.
